I set it in 22K gold bezel on top of oxidized sterling silver backplate with the back open. Right above the heart there is a brilliant cut natural diamond, it is set in 14K gold bezel. It catches the light beautifully whenever you move, giving the piece a perfect touch of fine-jewelry elegance. The bail is solid 18K gold.
