Shipping policy
Free shipping for US based customers via USPS First Class Mail for orders $100 and over. International purchases incur a $30 fee and will be shipped via UPS (or DHL with special request) with tracking (signature required by DHL). Please be aware of your local VAT laws so that you understand that you may owe extra customs/tax fees based on your country of residence. All purchases are shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery time will vary, 2-5 days for the USA, and 7-14 days outside the United States, depending on location. You will get a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
European customers may be asked to submit to UPS a Power of Attorney document allowing the release of their package. Before ordering please check with your country's UPS policy for inbound packages so that you are aware of any additional steps needed. I will post pertinent links as I am made aware of them.
