This hand-fabricated ring centers on a striking 0.94-carat rose cut salt and pepper diamond - a gemstone celebrated for its entirely unique, cosmic inclusions. I don’t work with diamonds often, but this one was so beautiful, I could not pass on. It has this very crisp constraining inclusions in the clear sparkly body. It measures 6x5.1mm in size.
It is set in my signature buttery 22K gold bezel. I use the high-karat gold because it is incredibly supple, it is allowing me to burnish it smoothly against the diamond's edge for a secure and seamless frame. The craftsmanship continues underneath with a solid 18K gold backplate, which features a hand-stamped texture. The entire setting is mounted on a comfortably rounded 18K gold band, polished to a warm glow. Ring’s face measure 7/16x3/8“, size 6.5. Weight of gold without the stone is 3.2gram.
