Australian boulder opal, amethyst and sunstone necklace -
I adore the colors in this one! This gorgeous Australian boulder opal (8ct., 25x 12mm) has incredible flashes of purple and green on peach and brown host rock body. The surface of the rock is polished to a high gloss, so the peach color blends beautifully with the vibrant flashes creating almost a watercolor effect. This one is insanely beautiful! I set in it 22K gold bezel with 4mm amethyst accent stone. The beads were selected to complement the main colors in the opal as well - pastel lavender amethyst and shimmery peach sunstone with delicate schiller. The beaded necklace is accented with 14K gold smooth beads. The necklace is finished with oxidized silver hook clasp and extender. It is 17 - 20" long. Pendant measures 1 1/4 x 1". Beautiful color pallet for Autumn in this one!
