Design and gemstones: Here I have a large, smooth vesuvianite cabochon (set in 22K gold bezel) that is a dreamy olive-green treasure shaped like a perfect, polished tear from a volcanic mountain. It has a glassy, glossy surface that feels incredibly soft, with subtle, dreamy matrix inclusions that are like a tiny green world. It is a little treasure that fell right out of a forest fairy’s pocket! :) I complemented it with sparkly amethyst and peridot briolettes and some green sapphires.
